Why me
I have been building test automation and the tools around it for a long time, so I know where the problems hide. I focus on the outcomes that are important: reliable software delivered on time.
I have experience working across different domains and stacks; from e-commerce to highly regulated payments and CSPM environments and from cloud providers to on-prem servers.
I have managed QA teams as well as written code, so I know how to create and enforce standards and a testing strategy. Instead of dictating rules, I bring people along by keeping developers, product and leadership aligned on why quality is valuable and what it costs.
As more code starts life as an AI suggestion, I can leverage AI to increase productivity. I know where it helps and know where it creates risk.
